10 Months

Where does the time go?  We cannot believe our little guy celebrated his 10 month birthday last week! He continues to fill our hearts  with joy.  He is into exploring everything that isn't a toy in our apartment and pulling himself up on anything and everything.  Just the other day we got him from his nap and he was standing up on his crib.  He has 4 top teeth all working their way out.  He loves swimming on Saturdays with daddy and is becoming more and more interested in his brother Charlie.  He's developing food preferences and sweet potatoes, broccoli and bananas are still at the top of the list. We love you our little guy!  Thanks for giving us the great gift of making us parents!

Month 10

A few pics from the past month....our little man is moving everywhere and pulling up on everything. Mom and dad even managed to squeeze in a date night too!

Grandpa's Winter Visit!

We were SO fortunate to have the long, grey Warsaw winter broken up by a visit from Grandpa!  Now that he's retired he has some more time to come and we were grateful he made the trip.  Finn showed grandpa all his favorite toys and books and even introduced him to a few of his buddies!  Tom and I were fortunate to benefit from Grandpa's babysitting services and were able to get out for a couple of date nights.  We also took him to the new Musesum of the History of Polish Jews and to the Jewish Cemetery in Warsaw....both very cool places! Over the weekend we did a mini road trip and went to Southeast Poland to the cities of Lublin and Kazmierz Dolny!  They were both cute little towns and Finn especially liked that our hotel had a swimming pool....he got to take Grandpa swimming.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy that Finn and Grandpa bring each other. It was such a very special visit and we can't wait for Mimi and Grandpa to come back in a couple of months!
