A few weeks ago we ventured off to Engelberg, Switzerland for a skiing adventure. We had visited this same place last year with our former neighbors and loved it...so we were definitely excited to go back! We went with a big group of friends and rented a great apartment for the weekend. The trip was a blast filled with skiing, wine, incredible views, lounging and relaxing and more wine! Our friend, Mel and I were definitely the beginner skiers so we decided to take a lesson to help refresh our skills on the slopes. : ) It was probably a good thing that we did. Since according to our super skier friends...skiing even the easy hills in the Alps is a lot more difficult than skiing in the states. All in all an awesome weekend with some great friends! We already have plans to schedule a similar trip for next year!
